Inez Campbell is the founder of Nova Beauty Dot Digital. She graduated from Troy State University with a Bachelors of Science degree in Business Administration. Soon after graduating, she started working in Corporate America with executive leaders at very well established companies such as Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cox Enterprises, Emory, and Alston & Bird where she gained valuable knowledge about mentoring, training, human resources, and running a business. She currently works as a training technologist at a multibillion dollar law firm in Atlanta, GA.
Inez also partners with The Avon Company. Through this partnership, she has gained a wealth of experience and knowledge of the direct sales industry and leveraged it and the skills she learned in Corporate America to build a successful online business.
Inez has a strong desire to use the experiences she’s gained as an Avon entrepreneur and in Corporate America to help self-employed Gen X women build a business they can run from anywhere in the world and control their own economy especially in their retirement years.
Her philosophy of honesty, open communication professionalism, processes, patience, accountability, encouragement and transparency guides her every interaction to help you succeed.
